grateful for flowers
all year – gardens
and stores – photos
grateful for flowers

older vision
older vision
grateful for my chair
by a sunny window
grey sky with light
grey sky with light
words from long ago
The LORD is my shepherd . . .
Psalm 23
November sunroom
November sunroom
orange lilies from a store
in the blue vase
family tablecloths
family tablecloths
passed on to me
they look like
the art I select
for my blogs
new time to learn
new time to learn
though many years here
grateful to grow older
blessings for all generations
we all grow together
seasons in the gardens
seasons in the gardens
older now and perhaps
not as many flowers
but rather the perennials
that grow bloom
always return
my heart sees
my heart sees
what is no longer here
buildings and changes
over time
my heart sees
people I knew
and gardens that grew
in different places
I write from my heart
and my heart sees
in new ways again
summer garden
summer garden
some plants rest
some grow
growing older
growing older
goldenrod and roses
refreshed by rain
Poem from 2010.
